OverviewMike Peek is a young man that grew up under tragic circumstances. Despite his early childhood ordeal by 1994 he rose above his chaotic life to be ranked as the fourth best freshman basketball player in the nation. Being ranked so high Mike had expectations of playing in the NBA. However, by 2001 Mike's dreams of playing in the NBA were crushed leaving Mike disillusioned and resentful.
