Christ's Message to Sardis And To Us! If Jesus gave you a ""report card"" on your spiritual status, what kind of grade do you think you'd get? That is exactly what He did with the church of Sardis - and they didn't get the grade they thought they would receive! In fact, Jesus warned that they were on the verge of failing if they didn't make fast changes in the way they were living.
