Wang Liming is a professor in the School of Law at Renmin University of China, vice president of the Chinese Law Society, president of the Chinese Civil Law Society, researcher at the Research Centre for Civil and Commercial Law of Renmin University of China. He is Changjiang Distinguished Professor, a scholar award program of the Ministry of Education, China. Shi Jiayou is a professor in the Law School at Renmin University of China, executive director of Research Centre for Civil and Commercial Law, director of the Francophone Legal Research Centre, visiting professor at University of Paris II, University of Paris VIII, University of Geneva and University of Ottawa, etc.
