Author Information

Ricky Greenwald, PsyD, is the founder and Executive Director of the Child Trauma Institute. He was previously Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry and Director of Training for the child trauma program at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Greenwald is the author of numerous professional articles as wll as several books, including EMDR in Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy (1999) and Trauma and Juvenile Delinquency (Haworth, 2002). His work has been translated into over a dozen languages. Dr. Greenwald, a clinical psychologist, has been working with children, adolescents, and their families since 1985.
