The impact of digital transformation on society is analyzed through studies of social media data, focusing on the societal and economic effects of advancements in digital technology. This Special Issue assesses the scope of a user's sentiment and investigates how social media usage affects faculty job performance. An end-to-end learning model is introduced to select the most influential nodes within a social network. This publication features an effective multimodal emotion recognition system designed to improve recognition from audio and text modalities.
