Struck by a constitutional decision, which he considers unfair, General Fran�ois Boziz� launches a CPC rebel offensive on Bangui. But it was destroyed by the mercenaries of the Wagner group. President Touad�ra is taking advantage of the military-political chaos to lead the 2020-2021 electoral process.Upon his re-election, he wants to modify the 2016 Constitution, in order to develop the Central African Republic trampled by colonialism. This decision, rejected by the Court, was poorly received by President Touad�ra who decided to sanction certain constitutional judges and the Court became a triptych, decried by the BRDC, the rebel leaders and the international community.However, President Touad�ra, supported by the Republican Front, made a strong move and submitted a new law to the constitutional referendum of July 30, 2023. This, very popular, was voted on at a rate of 95.03%, paving the way to his own succession in 2025. From then on, an endless political standoff began between President Touad�ra and the BRDC.
