He has extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering management education programmes targeted at a wide range of levels from undergraduate to postgraduate. He has over fifteen years of working within small business development roles including that of Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the School of Management, Executive Director of the Bank West Entrepreneurship and Business Development Unit at Curtin University of Technology, and Research Fellow within the Institute for Research into International Competitiveness (IRIC) at Curtin Business School.
