From 2016 to 2017, he joined the Professor Yusuke Yamauchi Group in NIMS, Japan, as an exchange Ph.D. student. In 2018, he started his independent research at Hohai University. From November 2019, he served as NIMS Postdoctoral Researcher in Professor Yusuke Yamauchi Group of NIMS. Up to date, he has published over 60 papers with more than 2300 citations (h-index=29). His research focuses on the synthesis, characterization and application of nanoarchitectured materials for energy-related and environmental applications. Likun Pan received his Bachelor, Master and PhD degree from Fudan University (1997), Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2001), and Nanyang Technological University (2005), respectively. Now he works as a Professor at School of Physics and Electronic Science, East China Normal University with current research on functional materials for energy and environment applications. He has published more than 280 papers indexed by SCI, including more than 20 ESI highly cited papers in past years. These papers were cited for more than 12000 times and his h-index is 60.
