"Canine Parvovirus, often known as ""Parvo"", is still considered a novel illness. It started in Europe in 1976, and by 1978 it had expanded globally. Parvo is a highly infectious viral illness that particularly targets tissues with quickly dividing cells in dogs. Canine Parvovirus is classed as a disease of the stomach and small intestines, since here is where the virus produces the greatest harm. The virus loves to infect the small intestine, where it damages cells, inhibits absorption, and breaks the intestinal barrier.
