W. Shepperd. September 23, Richmond, Ont - Carleton Model Fair Judged the collections of natural history objects made by the teachers and school children of the district, and gave an address on the value of these to the farmers assembled. September 24, Whitby, Ont - Model Fair. Judged the collections made by the teachers and school children of the district in the afternoon, and in the evening gave an address on the value of this work to farmers and particularly to the parents of the children engaged in the work. September 25.-visited Niagara Falls, investigating the progress of the San J ose Scale experiments, and inspected the Fumigation Station.
