OverviewFrom the mud banks of Caddo Creek to the mean streets of Los Angeles; from poverty to so called riches; from honor student to fugitive on the run; from freedom to incarceration; from riots in LA to peace marches on college campuses, I experienced it all growing up in the baby boomer era. This is my story. About The Author Larry Wayne Franklin was born and raised in Carter County in the state of Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Murray State College and Southeastern Oklahoma State University, who migrated to Oklahoma City in the mid-seventies, began a career with Safeway Stores as a computer operator. Franklin relocated in the late eighties to Los Angeles, California, worked in inside sales and as a sales representative for almost thirty years for major manufacturers throughout the United States.
