Author Information

Dan Marshall has been a guesthouse owner and hotelier and the holder of senior management positions in hotel and restaurant companies. After three years with the Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board, he became Supervisor of Training in the faculty of Hotel and Business Administration at the then newly formed Bermuda College. He was also Head of Development at Glion Hotel School in Switzerland before buying and running his own successful guesthouse in Oban, Scotland.
