Author Information

Dr Fang Ma is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Portsmouth, and she has been teaching Business Law for nearly 20 years. She is the author of Law Express Question and Answer: Company Law (Q&A Revision Guide) (Pearson, 2015). She was the examiner for Company Law at the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. She also published in a wide range of academic journals and presented papers at national and international conferences.
