Director of the Civil Aviation and Airports Management Department, Director of the Degree in Aeronautical Management, at the Lusófona University, in Lisbon. Associate Professor at Lusófona University. Trainer at the National School of Firefighters for the area of Command and Leadership. At Lusófona University, he teaches the following Curricular Units: Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Crisis Management; and Strategy and Leadership. At Instituto Superior Monitor (Mozambique), he teaches the Curricular Unit of Recruitment, Selection and Management of Social Capital.
