Holding, QC, is a member of the mediation and arbitration panels at ADR Chambers. He has been recognized nationally and internationally as a leader of the Canadian aviation bar. Mr. Holding retired as a senior partner and former head of litigation with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in December 2002, after 43 years with the firm. Harvey Crush, FRAeS retired as a Circuit Judge in 2001. Prior to his appointment to the bench, he was for 21 years the senior commercial litigation partner of a leading City of London law firm with a global practice. As a solicitor handling liability investigations and claims, he controlled aviation litigation in many jurisdictions worldwide. He acted for most of the leading UK independent airlines.
