His research focuses on the Pompeian and Caesarian presence in the Iberian Peninsula as well as the Romanization of this territory. He conducted extensive research in Italy and has participated in archeological excavations in Spain. He is a member of the Technical Committee of the Testimonia Hispaniae Antiqua and of the Research Group on Roman Cities. From this research, he has presented publications in various conferences, books, academic journals, and popular reading magazines. Currently he collaborates with the Department of Ancient History for the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where he organizes research projects.
