OverviewThe integration of AI into healthcare and life sciences is transforming into how diseases are diagnosed, and patient care is delivered. While these advancements hold immense promises for improving health outcomes and operational efficiency, they also raise profound ethical and legal questions. Issues such as patient privacy, algorithmic bias, and the accountability of AI-driven decisions. This intersection of technology, medicine, and law demands scrutiny to ensure that innovation does not outpace the protection of human rights and ethical standards. Bioethical considerations and legal implications of AI in healthcare and the life sciences, are needed to guide responsible development and deployment. Bioethics and Legal Aspects of AI in Healthcare and Life Sciences explore how AI systems influence decision-making, autonomy, privacy, fairness, transparency, patient rights, and the broader societal impact. This book addresses the ethical, social, and moral implications of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into biology, medicine, healthcare, and life sciences. Covering topics such as AI, law, and ethics, this book is an excellent resource for healthcare professionals, administrators, law professionals, researchers, academicians, and more.
