Four months have now passed since the British Society of Vampire Enthusiasts and Familiars' annual general meeting at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds and Bernard Bloodworth now lives a quiet life away from the BSVEF following his unfortunate excommunication for breaking protocol and averting a vampire coup. He keeps records. He follows rules. He prefers problems that can be filed, labelled, and put away. That changes when Olak returns.
