Author Information

Emily Haupt is an avid animal lover and mom of three daughters with her husband Bruce. She has fostered dogs and cats, volunteered at a local shelter, and is the adoptive mother of three lovable rescue pets- a sweet but entitled old tortoiseshell cat named Evie, a happy and adventurous Omani Wadi Dog named Petra, and of course, Baxter the Arabian Mau. Hugo L. Cuellar is an animator, designer, and illustrator happily living in London with his wife and daughter. When it comes to his work, storytelling and great design are his biggest passions. Hugo has worked in the animation industry for over 20 years, for clients like the BBC, Netflix, and many others. He has recently turned his art to children's book illustration, having the pleasure to be showcased in children's magazines and books.
