Advance praise: 'This well-written book provides a broad overview of batteries, especially lithium-ion batteries, for electric vehicles. The scope and depth of information presented is most suited for a beginner, yet persons with experience in the field will be able to broaden their knowledge. The attention paid to details will be valuable to those seeking design guidance for practical battery applications.' Daniel P. Abraham, Argonne National Laboratory
