I, Dr. Bharodia have worked as a research scientist on food crops like cereal, legumes, oilseeds, etc., and I am a professor of post-graduate study in genetic engineering and biotechnology. I have combined my knowledge of the biochemical properties of Crops with the nutritional quality of foods for better health. During my research I have bred and developed many high-yielding and better-quality varieties of different crops, which have helped to solve certain the Food shortages. That has given me the idea to write this book, in order to help people, minimize their health problems by eating natural foods.
