Author Information

Born in Windsor August 1958, but grew up in rural Norfolk. Interested in railways from an early age. Obtained a Degree in Architecture from the University of Nottingham. Became professional model-maker in1987. Have written articles for the railway modelling press since 1990, and had first book published in 1993. Since then there have been many more articles, including a long-running series on pre-Grouping liveries, and several books. Also a musician, teaching guitar and ukulele privately and in local schools.
