Author Information

Born and raised in southern California, Marilyn became interested in both art and nature at an early age. Her first blue ribbon was awarded for a kindergarten finger painting. As her skills developed, she found that the foundation for most of her art is wildlife. Over the years, Marilyn has worked with many different mediums but continually finds herself drawn to wood. The scroll saw has given Marilyn the perfect opportunity to combine her art with wood. Marilyn and her husband, Garth, currently reside in the Pacific Northwest - an area full of inspiration.
