JURGEN BRAUER is Professor of Economics at the College of Business Administration, Augusta State University. He is co-author (with Keith Hartley) of The Economics of Regional Security and has published in journals such as Economic Development and Cultural Change, Defence and Peace Economics, Journal of Economics Perspectives, Journals of Economic Education and Journal of Economic Surveys. J. PAUL DUNNE is Research Professor at Middlesex University Business School, London. He has edited a number of books including The Peace Divided and his articles have been published in several journals including, Defence and Peace Economics, Economic Journal, Journal of Conflict Resolution and Journal of Peace Research. He is Associate Editor of the Cambridge Journal of Economics.
