Andrew Block is a Distinguished Architect at Red Hat who works with organizations throughout the world to design and implement solutions leveraging cloud native technologies. He specializes in embracing security at every phase of the Software Development Lifecycle and delivering software in a repeatable and consistent manner. Andrew has authored several publications related to the cloud native ecosystem including Managing Kubernetes Resources Using Helm and Kubernetes Secrets Management in order to share his knowledge with others. He holds several roles in the Open Source community and is a core maintainer of Helm, a package manager for Kubernetes. Christian is a well rounded technologist with experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, enterprise architecture, tech support, advocacy, and product management. Passionate about OpenSource and containerizing the world one application at a time. He is currently a maintainer of the OpenGitOps project, a member of the Argo Project, and currently is Head of Community at Akuity. He focuses on GitOps practices, DevOps, Kubernetes, and Containers.
