Reviews

I find this teacher resource an excellent accompaniment to the Conflict and Relationships Student Guide. The photocopiable sheets provide help to new teachers who are often unsure when teaching poetry for exams, yet are also what many experienced teachers are looking for. We have bought two copies for our department. I particularly like the activities which concentrate on the language appreciation skills pupils need to demonstrate in order to gain the higher grades. Many examples are given of essay extracts to show how pupils can meet skills descriptors and these are so valuable to busy teachers who would love to write their own resources, but haven't time. Highly recommended. -- Amazon reviews This is an excellent resource for a busy teacher. The layout is clear and the information useful, and more importantly accessible for pupils. There are plenty of practical suggestions to engage pupils and aid the teacher in delivering relevant guidelines to study. -- Amazon reviews
