Meel Tamphanon es una ilustradora freelance de Phuket, Tailandia. Ha trabajado con muchos clientes de varios países, como 20th Century, Disney, Wizard of the Coast, Arm and Hammer, Airbnb, Victionary, Callisto Media, etc. Doctora en Historia (especialidad Egiptología) con la tesis Arquitectura funerària al període saïta (Universitat de Barcelona, 2006), publicada en 2008.Máster en Egiptología (Universitat de Barcelona, 1995). Como escritora especializada en el siglo XVIII, ha publicado sendas biografías dedicadas a Josefina Bonaparte y Martha Washington, dentro de la colección «Reinas y Rebeldes», traducidas también al italiano. Su último trabajo es la dramatización de los textos egipcios, en «Mitos + Leyendas Antiguo Egipto», de la colección ilustrada de Alma Editorial. En él, da voz a las historias que ilustran la vida, humana y divina, junto al Nilo de los faraones. Meel Tamphanon is a freelance illustrator from Phuket, Thailand. She has worked with many clients from various countries, such as 20th Century, Disney, Wizard of the Coast, Arm and Hammer, Airbnb, Victionary, Callisto Media, etc. PhD in History (specialising in Egyptology) with the thesis Arquitectura funerària al perio de saïta (University of Barcelona, 2006), published in 2008.Master's degree in Egyptology (University of Barcelona, 1995). As a writer specialising in the eighteenth century, she has published biographies dedicated to Josephine Bonaparte and Martha Washington, within the collection ""Queens and Rebels"", also translated into Italian. Her latest work is the dramatization of Egyptian texts, in ""Myths + Legends of Ancient Egypt"", from the illustrated collection of Alma Editorial. In it, she gives voice to the stories that illustrate the life, human and divine, next to the Nile of the pharaohs.
