Overview

My book is about my tumultuous journey through a lifetime of struggling with many illnesses, diagnosed and MISdiagnosed, treated and MIStreated. I am 64 years old and since the age of 8 I have been a victim of MISjudgements and MISperceptions which have impacted on my self-worth. Medical people and treatments are fallible and yet we have to put our trust in them.Unfortunately this can be a source of added pain and sorrow. Seeking answers and treatments can lie elsewhere than with just orthodox medicine. This journey is as much a spiritual journey of discovery to attain a peace within myself as it is harmony in my body. I wish to take the reader through my journey with a smile and a sense of humour, also bringing hope and comfort to others who may be suffering alone and have lost faith.

Anne was born under the Sun Sign of Aries, on the 24th March 1951 in Finedon, a little village in Northamptonshire. Like her Sun sign, she was blessed with a sunny disposition, which has helped her find the courage and perseverance needed for the management of the complex issues her health brought to her life. She was born with the gift of music which has been her savior in terms of livelihood. Along her journey she has become a Reiki Master and a trainer of the Ancient Arts of Astrology, Tarot, and the I Ching. She is a caring and compassionate person who lives with her cats and loves cooking for her friends.
