CYNTHIA SAVER, MS, RN, of CLS Development, is an award-winning author. She has more than five decades of experience in nursing, including more than four decades of publishing experience as a writer, editor, and senior vice president of editorial teams. Her writing experience includes a 10-part writing for publication series for AORN Jour nal, research reports, case studies, interviews, clinical articles, and continuing education activities. She has written for many nursing publications, including American Nurse Journal, American Journal of Nursing, AORN Journal, Journal of Nursing Regulation, Nurse Leader, Nursing Management, Nursing Spectrum, The Nurse Practitioner, and OR Manager.
