He also serves as senior advisor to the Provost for China initiatives. Bert-Wolfgang Schulze is Emeritus Professor at the University of Potsdam, Germany. He has authored 15 books and is an editor for various journals and book series in the fields of Partial Differential Equations and Pseudo-Differential Operators.
