An Amethyst in Amber The laws of creation (Leaders Miss)

Overview

""A first-of-its-kind Indian take on cosmic leadership-where poetry becomes case-study, and verse becomes wisdom. Drawing from cosmic laws and traditional Indian spiritual leadership, it redefines how leaders learn, reflect, and transform. Each poem is a mirror, a lesson, and a law. The book blends galaxies to reveal 21 timeless principles of creation and leadership. This is not a manual of techniques; it is an awakening of perspective. It unites ancient Indian metaphysics with modern leadership psychology. an Amethyst in Amber offers a new frontier of leadership-rooted in the soul, shaped by the cosmos, and illuminated from within.

Author Information

Himadree says that even when he walks, a rhythm plays in his mind-so do his verses. In his teens, he would compose a poem, rush to a typist to have it set on a page, then hurry to his friends Chandra and Juthica to earn their critique and approval. That impulse remains a passion. He is a trained musician, too, and loves playing the tabla and mandolin. By profession he is a Global Chief Learning Officer - a behavioral interventionist and has studied psychology at Harvard University, specializing in the neuroscience of learning.
