For decades the US and NATO depended on the QME or Qualitative Military Edge Doctrine to ensure victory. What the doctrine comes down to is that the Western Militaries have better technology and better training and because of this, they will have the edge against any numerically superior enemy, i.e. Russia, China. That is the myth that is repeated constantly in the mainstream media and everywhere else. It is believed as fact and based on this false notion, miracles are expected. But there is no technical advantage anymore. The rest of the world overtook the US and NATO in many military (and important) spheres as is described in this book.
