Author Information

Suzi Grant worked as a broadcast journalist for over twenty years before training as a nutritional therapist and treating patients for the next decade. Coming out of retirement in her mid-sixties, she is now well known as a blogger and broadcaster for the over-fifties, offering advice on health, fashion and lifestyle to women of all ages all over the world. Suzi regularly appears in the national press, health and lifestyle magazines, podcasts and on TV and radio, as well as lecturing and running workshops around the country and internationally. Such is her following on social media (half of whom are under thirty-five) she has been dubbed 'the woman who became an Instagram star in her retirement.
