Michelle L. Dean grew up in the small town of Anthony, Florida. She is a wife, mother of three sons, and a MeMe to her beautiful grandbabies. She has worked in early childhood for 31 years and enjoys teaching kindergarten, college students, and presenting at early childhood conferences. Michelle loves to write about STR2EAM concepts and has written two books in the Shelbo's Adventure Series, which build a child's self-esteem and help them conquer their fears. Michelle has her master's degree in early childhood educational leadership and completed the Harvard Mentorship Program. She is an adjunct professor at a local university teaching STR2EAM in Early Childhood and Children's Literature.
