OverviewThe evolution of smart cities is driven by the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and next-generation mobility. As urban environments become interconnected through sensors, autonomous vehicles, and digital infrastructure, AI plays a role in optimizing transportation systems, managing energy use, and enhancing urban life. There is a growing need for robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard critical systems from digital threats. These technologies shape a new era of intelligent, secure, and sustainable urban mobility, where data-driven innovation ensures efficiency, convenience, safety, and resilience in future cities. AI, Cybersecurity, and Next-Generation Mobility in Smart Cities explores how AI and cybersecurity technologies transform next-generation mobility systems within smart cities. It examines the ways these innovations enhance transportation efficiency, safety, and sustainability while protecting urban networks from digital threats. This book covers topics such as sustainable development, vehicle emissions, and data privacy, and is a useful resource for engineers, urban and regional developers, academicians, researchers, and environmental scientists.
