Author Information

Lynda Shrager, OTR, MSW, CAPS, has practiced in the medical field of geriatric rehabilitation, focusing on all aspects of senior health and wellness, for over thirty-seven years. She combines her expertise as an occupational therapist, master's-level social worker, professional organizer, and certified aging-in-place specialist to provide therapeutic care in the patient's home environment and in educating their caregivers. Shrager is author of Otherwise Healthy and her newspaper column, Mom's Rx, appeared in the Albany Times Union for over ten years and as well as in countless newspapers across the country. Marguerite Gavin is a seasoned theater veteran, a five-time nominee for the prestigious Audie Award, and the winner of numerous AudioFile Earphones and Publishers Weekly awards. She has been an actor, director, and audiobook narrator for her entire professional career. With over four hundred titles to her credit, her narration spans nearly every genre, from nonfiction to mystery, science fiction, fantasy, romance, and children's fiction.
