Author Information

Brian Bornstein is Research Professor in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Arizona State University, Professor Emeritus in the Department of Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Senior Lecturing Fellow at the Duke University Law School, and Adjunct Professor of Psychology & Neuroscience at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He is former editor of the journal Psychology, Crime & Law. He has authored 5 books, and this is his 17th edited book. Monica Miller is a Foundation Professor and Fulbright Senior Scholar at the University of Nevada, Reno with a split appointment between the Criminal Justice Department and the PhD Program in Social Psychology. She is on the editorial board of the journal Psychology, Crime & Law. She has previously authored 4 books and has edited 9 books. Dave DeMatteo is a Professor of Psychology and Professor of Law at Drexel University, where he is also Director of the JD/PhD Program in Law and Psychology. He is an Associate Editor of Law and Human Behavior and on the editorial boards of 12 journals, and he has authored 6 books and edited 3 books (with another edited book “in press” and another edited book “in progress”).
