Abaszade , Ph.D., is an associate professor of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (2022), Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (2024). He is the author of 149 articles, 10 textbooks, 11 subject programs and 6 inventions, and papers in refereed journals with over 929 citations and h-index of 18, according to Google Scholar database. Dr. Abaszade received the degree of physical electronics (Bachelor) at Baku State University in 2003, Optoelectronics (Master) at Baku State University in 2006, and PhD in physics in 2018. In 2019, he created the “Innovation research” department at the International Academy of Ecoenergetics and continues to research the purchase, analysis and applications of nanomaterials. Our research works are carried out in the framework of joint cooperation with the scientific centers of the USA, Germany, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Hungary, England, Mexico, Chili, China, İndia and Italy. Together with our research group, we are engaged in complex work related to the acquisition, addition, analysis and applications of graphene-based samples. At the same time, we create various nanoelements (negatrons, diodes, capacitors and transistors) based on graphene-based materials. In our department, my research group is continuing experimental work in the direction of obtaining various samples, studying them and preparing nanomatrix devices based on new smart technology for the implementation of smart city and alternative energy supply. He is the editor-in-chief of Ecoenergetics journal, and a leading reviewer of the editorial board of various journals. In 2019, he became a professor of the “International Academy of Ecoenergetics”.
