After her undergraduate education at Yale University and medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Schonwald completed a pediatric residency and developmental-behavioral pediatrics fellowship at Boston’s Children's Hospital, where she served on the faculty from 2001-2019. Co-founder of Touchstone Neurodevelopmental Center, Dr. Schonwald is a widely respected clinician dedicated to interdisciplinary care of children and teens with complex developmental disorders. In addition to working with the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Board of Pediatrics, and the Massachusetts Board of Early Education and Care, she is a nationally recognized educator of primary care clinicians on topics of ADHD, Autism, Psychopharmacology, and Transition to Adulthood.
