"Spencer Smith aka ""Bishop"", is the most accomplished operative for a covert operations organization simply known as ""The Agency."" Bishop called it quits after a mission in the middle east went horribly wrong. His team was ambushed, and it resulted in the loss of life of almost all his comrades. Bishop only barely survived; the grief and loss of his squad sent him down a reclusive path. He was abruptly activated when the Agency had a mission of the utmost importance that required his particular set of skills.
