Inspired by Anderson's Functional Cognition Theory (1981, 1996) methodological model, from May to October 2019, 400 participants in a first study on adult abortion judged the degree of acceptability of each of the 57 scenarios proposed, resulting from the combination of three factors: ""adult age"", ""gestational age"", ""reasons for abortion"", and two groups of particular scenarios composed of one of 5 and the other of 7 scenarios. Similarly, 400 other participants in a second study, this time on teenage abortion, made their judgements based on 64 scenarios, obtained by combining five factors: ""age of teenager"", ""teenager's plan"", ""gestational age"", ""parents' agreement"" and ""partner's agreement"".
