After years of scribbling story ideas on envelopes and scrap paper, she joined the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, and their support helped her writing take off. She also works as a paediatric occupational therapist and has over ten years of experience helping children with special needs. Born and raised in Ontario, she now lives in the UK with her husband and their three children. Devon Sorvari is a graduate of NYU's Circle in the Square and The Classical Studio and has nationwide theatre credits ranging from musicals to Shakespeare. An Earphones Award winner and an Audie Award nominated voice actor, she has narrated more than fifty audiobooks. Specializing in young-adult fiction, she was raised on the East Coast but is based in Los Angeles. David Bendena is an actor and a musician based in the Midwest. His theatre experience over the past twenty years has taken him to stages throughout Chicago, Kansas City, and Michigan. He is very proud to be a member of the Actors Equity Association and to be a Resident Artist with the Purple Rose Theatre Company.
