A Purposeful Life is a captivating memoir detailing author Agitu Wodajo's life and extraordinary accomplishments from her upbringing in Ethiopia during the 60s to her immigration to the United States along with her children, her commitment to the empowerment of women in both Ethiopia and the United States, and traveling the world. In A Purposeful Life, Wodajo shares her lived experience in all areas of life and the various tribulations she overcame, giving readers proves for all the wonderful success they can attain towards making a positive difference in the lives of others and the world we live in, when they cherish faith, optimism, perseverance, and courage. Inspiring and uplifting, Agitu Wodajo's story provides a bridge between the developing and developed worlds toward addressing our shared responsibility toward making the world a better place. The NGOs she founded in both Ethiopia and the United States helped underprivileged women with services that build self-sufficiency and policy-change advocacy that lift barriers.
