She holds the George & Frances Ball Distinguished Professorship and is the co-director for the Center for Emerging Media Design & Development (centerforemdd.com). She teaches graduate courses in user experience, usability testing methods, theories and frameworks in human-computer interaction, and design thinking, as well as upper-level undergraduate courses in information graphics reporting and interaction design.
