Robert Laurie was born in Riverdale, Georgia. Raised in a military family, he spent his childhood in Pretoria, South Africa, where his love for books, especially horror novels, took root at an early age. Relocating to Santa Rosa, California, he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Sonoma State University, followed by a master's degree in hospital management. He lives in Canton, Georgia, with his wife and two children. Now, channeling a lifelong passion for storytelling, he has written his debut novel, a psychological thriller, A Night to Forget.
