John R. Teevan III is a writer, traveler, dreamer and artist. His first book A Mysterious Evening in Vienna was #2 on Amazon's list of best-selling new releases in its genre. John writes short stories that capture the essence of adventure, foreign espionage, love, travel and political intrigue. Many of the stories take place within a historical fiction context. John writes and has been published in English and in French. His stories are concise enough to be enjoyed one at a time, but funny, inspiring and entertaining enough to make you never want to put the book down. John completed a Bachelor's Degree in French, graduating summa cum laude from the University at Albany, State University of New York. He studied abroad in Paris at France's prestigious Sorbonne University. John went on to complete a Master's Degree in French from the University at Albany, SUNY. He later completed another Master's Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the University at Albany, SUNY. In addition to writing, John loves to travel the world, draw, meet new people, learn foreign languages and immerse himself in a new and exciting foreign culture.
