M. M. Elmendorf Hopson is a full-time dreamer and adventurer with a voracious appetite for learning and exploring. She has also been an accomplished researcher and copyeditor of online leadership journals and a contributing author for creative anthologies featuring classic literature and historical drama. Though she served as an educator and administrator of humanities, social sciences, and leadership for nearly two decades, MMEH now balances life between owning her own writing and publishing business ( Ford Mountain Publishing, LLC) and mental health coaching (Abide Mental Health network). Joanne Lee is an art educator by day and a freelance artist by night. She enjoys working with students to find their own artistic voice and helping them bring more beauty into the world. A woman always curious to know more and live life fully, Joanne Lee can often be found enjoying good food and drink while on an epic adventure. She is available for commission illustration and art work. D.B. Hopson assisted in creating this storybook by coordinating all section art and activity page work. He and his wife work together on writing/art projects and he also offers freelance commission work for art, research, and writing. While sharing his wife's love for learning and exploring, D.B. Hopson takes after his own father with being an excellent storyteller, often taking part in storytelling guilds to keep up the family tradition.
