本書《懸崖上的百合》是詩人草雨的處女作。詩人有如一朵遠離亞細亞故土、翔飛到北美新大陸的蒲公英，在異鄉的土地上輕輕飄蕩、尋覓，苦苦尋找丟失了的自己。書中字裡行間流淌著揮拂不去的鄉愁與思念、對人生甘苦的品嘗與反思。無論長篇短什，帶著銀鈴抑或淚花，字字句句，都噴湧自心靈，印記了詩人永不迴復的生命之路，有如一曲行者之歌謠。 梁旭華博士（筆名草雨），出生於美麗的鷺島──福建廈門。1977年初春考入北京外國語學院（現今北京外國語大學）西班牙語系，1982年獲西語學士學位。1984年考入同校拉美文學碩士研究生班。1986年赴美國，在紐約州立大學石溪分校（Stony Brook）攻讀拉美文學專業，先後獲拉美文學碩士與博士學位，成為中國第一位西班牙語文學女博士。在美期間她長期傾心致力於西班牙語言文學的教學與研究。多年來於風晨雨夕治學執教之餘，撰著漢語新詩，西班牙語及英文詩歌，其風格深受西語文學思維形像啟發影響，別開蹊徑，自成一家。
