It is very accessible but there is plenty of scope for the more able to be extended. The examination explanation and support is really valuable and explanations are clear and relevant to the learner. I think the resource will encourage the development of necessary skills in the A level and will inspire them with confidence and develop their maturity in academic writing. * Carmel Long, Head of Philosophy and Ethics Department, Hereford Sixth form College * I am really impressed with [this] book and I would recommend my students to buy it as a necessity for the course as I think it caters for the needs of all students. The exam chapter is particularly useful for the students to help them understand the course and the examination process. It explains the variety of command words clearly, teaching the expectations of these commands. * Beth Roberts Jones, Director of Teacher Development at Felsted School * I think this resource is exceptional in breadth and depth. We will certainly be recommending it to our A Level candidates. One real strength of this text is that the author is a very experienced examiner for this exam board (Eduqas), and also a highly respected teacher who still teaches and enters a large cohort of candidates from her Sixth Form College for this exam every year. To have her knowledge and advice at their finger-tips is a huge privilege for students and teachers alike. * Sarah Edwards, Teacher of Religious Studies at King Edward VI Sixth Form College, Stourbridge * Author InformationTab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
