Author Information

Sarah Morgan Dawson (1842-1909) was a New Orleans resident during much of the Civil War who recorded her experiences in diary form. Erica Sullivan is a professional actress of both stage and screen and holds her MFA from the Yale School of Drama. She is currently a company member of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. She makes her home in Ashland, Oregon, with her family.
